Infor EAM 11.3 Wins “Product of the Year” Gold Award

Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) has been named the 2017 "Product of the Year" Gold Award winner in the Asset Management category by Plant Engineering. This is the third year in a row that Infor EAM has received "Product of the Year" honors.

image012Infor EAM is a best-in-class enterprise asset management software solution with built-in functionality, the flexibility to integrate with other applications, and is highly configurable while still being able to meet users' needs right out of the box.

The latest iteration of Infor EAM, version 11.3, was designed to support mobile, transit, and cloud technologies. This version also incorporates developments from a previous cloud-only update, while adding enhancements like robust, industry-specific functionalities to improve value for all users, including new transit and mobility capabilities. Infor EAM includes significant updates to nonconformity tracking such as OpenCAD, equipment ranking, and user interface to better meet the needs of users. Infor EAM 11.3 enables users to track and record incidents that fall outside the normal work order process and streamline the difficult task of uniformly ranking equipment. This new version also gives those in the transit industry new tools for accessing their EAM solution.

"We are excited to win a Plant Engineering 'Product of the Year' award for the third year in a row, because it validates what our customers have been telling us for years – Infor EAM is one of the best EAM solutions in the market," said Kevin Price, Infor EAM technical evangelist and strategist. "And there's more to come."

Infor EAM was previously recognized in Gartner's 2017 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Asset Management. Infor was positioned highest in ability to execute of all 11 enterprise asset management vendors evaluated.

Plant Engineering's Product of the Year program is the premier award for new products in the manufacturing and nonmanufacturing industries. The annual reader-choice program provides Plant Engineering's audience with information about the top new products in their fields.

Winners were honored April 16 at an awards dinner in Chicago, and were placed gold, silver or bronze. Winners were announced on plantengineering.com, and will be featured in the April print and online editions of the publication.
