VISUALK is an international corporate group with a presence in various countries in the region. When you use and provide your personal data to VISUALK through the HTIS Mobile application, VISUALK processes this personal data as the controller of your personal data.
Personal Data Collected by VISUALK

We share your personal data with VISUALK affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, partners, and service providers (with your authorization) to complete transactions or provide a requested product. We also share data with VISUALK affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as vendors working on our behalf, when required for regulatory or legal processes, to protect lives, to maintain the security of our products, to provide technical support services, and to protect the rights and property of VISUALK and its customers. For example, we may share information with partners to complete a business transaction with you or to assist you while using our products and services.
Products Provided by Your Organization
If you use an email address provided by your company or another organization to access VISUALK products, that organization may control and manage your VISUALK product account and process and access your data.
Many VISUALK products are intended for organizational use, such as businesses. If your organization provides access to VISUALK products, the use of those products is subject to your organization’s policies, if any. Privacy inquiries, including requests to exercise data protection rights, should be directed to your organization’s administrator. VISUALK is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, partners, or vendors that may differ from VISUALK’s privacy policy.
Retention Period for Your Personal Data
We generally retain your personal data for the duration of our relationship with you. After our relationship ends, we retain your personal data for a period of time sufficient to meet the following objectives: preserving records as required by applicable law, using the data in legal claims or proceedings, handling complaints about our products or services, and other legitimate business purposes.

Personal Data Processed by VISUALK on Behalf of Its Clients
Through our software platform, we provide our clients with products and services that enable them to interact with end users. When our clients collect information from their end users via our products and services, this Privacy Policy does not apply to that collection of information. This is because our clients, as data controllers, direct the collection of that information, and VISUALK does not have a direct relationship with the end users of our clients. VISUALK does not control the collection or use of information from end users by our clients.
For information on how a VISUALK client uses the information collected through VISUALK products, consult that client’s privacy policy. If you are an end user needing access to your data or wish to correct, modify, or delete inaccurate data, or if you no longer want a VISUALK client to contact you, please reach out to them directly.
Regarding the products and services we provide, we may transfer personal data to companies that assist us in delivering our products and services. Transfers to these third parties are governed by our agreements with our clients.

We may modify or update this policy periodically. You can view the last updated date in the policy section. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you by publishing them on our website. Changes take effect on the publication date unless otherwise stated.
