Workshop: Risk-Driven
Reliability Execution
Integrating Asset Risk Analysis, RCM and Planning & Scheduling Best Practices
June 10, 2026
In many organizations, reliability is managed through separate initiatives-asset criticality assessments, RCM studies, preventive maintenance programs, and planning processes. However, few companies successfully integrate these elements into a cohesive system that connects actual asset risk with disciplined maintenance execution.
This theoretical and practical workshop presents an integrated model where Asset Risk Analysis becomes the strategic foundation for prioritization, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) defines the appropriate maintenance strategy, and structured Planning & Scheduling best practices ensure consistent and effective execution.
Participants will learn how to:
- Translate risk analysis into a practical prioritization system.
- Use RCM as a strategic decision-making framework rather than a standalone study.
- Embed risk logic into the maintenance backlog and priority queue.
- Apply structured planning, work preparation, and weekly scheduling discipline.
- Align strategy, tactics, and execution into a sustainable reliability model.
During the hands-on session, attendees will work through a practical case study where they assess asset criticality, select maintenance strategies, and build a risk-prioritized weekly schedule considering resource availability and work readiness.
The workshop demonstrates that reliability is not achieved by increasing preventive tasks alone, but by allowing risk to guide decisions and by applying operational discipline to convert strategy into measurable performance results.
