Infor , the industry cloud company, today announced that Infor Business Intelligence (BI) was selected as a Leading Titan in the 2015 Wisdom of Crowds Business Intelligence Market Study by Dresner Advisory Services, LLC. The report evaluates vendors based on seven categories including sales/acquisition experience, value for price paid, quality and usefulness of product, quality of technical support, quality and value of consulting services, integrity and whether the vendor is recommended. Vendors were ranked on a 5-point scale using 33 different criteria.
For the third year in a row, Infor has held this title in the Titan market segment, which encompasses the largest vendors with extensive product and service offerings. According to the report, Infor is best in class for virtually all measures across sales, product, support, consulting, integrity, and recommend. The company’s scores improved over 2014 for most categories of measurement.
