Awec Aluminium Products is implementing the Infor CloudSuite Industrial information system using the current version and Czech localization. The solution is replacing its Altus Vario system.
A phase of existing process analysis as well as the next phase of solution configuration of Infor CloudSuite Industrial will be complete before the implementation team starts training and process simulation. The system go-live is planned for June 2017.
Once in production, Awec expects benefits in increased competitiveness achieved through more precise production control and higher reliability of delivery using better planning and scheduling processes. Integration of data from different applications and user tools into the flexible ERP system will enable the company's management to benefit from faster access to accurate information about current performance.
